More businesses today are migrating their employee photo ID badges from older, traditional materials to newer easier-to-use substances such as PVC. A PVC ID card or badge is simply a slab of thin plastic that is roughly the same size as a credit card. Most come with rounded edges.
PVC photo ID badge cards are made of a 40 percent polyester core with a
PVC laminate, top to bottom. PVC cards feature a polished, scratch and debris-reduced, high-quality surface made to last for years.
Blank PVC cards can then be loaded into digital photo ID printers that can print, on four-color, a employee’s photograph and key information such as a clearance number.
Some cards are available with a magnetic stripe or mag stripe, on the back. This is similar to the dark magnetic stripe on the back of your debit or credit card. This area can be encoded with an employee’s information, or other key data. Be sure to take a look at Office Zone’s wide selection of PVC photo ID card badge materials today.

Are you looking for a coin counting/sorting machine that will count and sort a significant amount of coins, but price is a concern? Office Zone is pleased to announce the arrival of the new model ABC110 coin sorting and wrapping machine.
We’ve received feedback from our customers who run businesses where coins are processed on a daily basis, but they are worried that they cannot
afford a coin cointing machine. Counting a fair amount of coins on a budget isn’t an easy task. There are several coin counters available that just won’t get the job done. The new ABC110 coin counter and sorter from Office Zone is relatively fast (counts up to 270 coins per minute), highly accurate, and best of all it’s affordable.
This new coin counting machine will count a mixed bundle of coins and sort them into separate bins or coin tubes, whatever your preference. The ABC110 handles all popular denominations including pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters.

Here’s a new useful office machine you’ve just got to see. It’s the model WiAir 200 air cushion packager from Sircle Corp. What this innovative little unit does is make pillow-shaped air bags, used for packaging material.
All you have to do is load it with a 300-foot roll of packaging film and then let the machine do the rest.
The WiAir Cushion Packaging Machine has a self-contained air compressor that lets you create eight-inch-wide air packaging pockets, ranging from 4.7 to 12 inches in length. This means the WiAir can meet most of your packaging requirements.
The machine produces 3.3 feet per minute of packaging material. The biggest benefits from the WiAir 200 are significant cost savings in packaging resources and reduced shipping weight fees. Be sure to take a closer look at the WiAir 200 Cushion Packaging Machine today.

Paper shredder manufacturer Martin Yale recently unveiled a new, very interesting machine: a prescription bottle shredder. It’ called the ScriptStroyer UC5500. This new shredder takes most prescription bottles, typically found at a pharmacy, measuring up to 3-1/2 inches in diameter, and completely shreds the label, bottle and cap. Pharmacists will find this especially useful when trying to destroy
sensitive prescription labels stuck to the bottle.
In the past, pharmacists had to employ someone to peel these labels from the bottle before shredding. This was a time-consuming and costly process, but necessary to comply with federal privacy laws such as HIPPA. The machine also shreds paper, up to 10 sheets at a time of 20-pound bond. Be sure to take a look at the new Martin Yale ScriptStroyer UC500 shredder today.
