We don’t sell copy machines; we sell digital duplicating machines. What’s the difference? The short, pointless answer is copiers use toner, while duplicators use ink. The reason that’s significant is because ink is much less expensive than toner. For large quantities of paper–which pertains to most offices–a duplicator can save large quantities of cash. Our duplicating machines are designed for high-capacity usage, so they aren’t as likely to be overwhelmed and jammed as standard copy machines. And for what it’s worth, it’s always the office copier, not duplicator, that winds up as a target at the nearest outdoor firing range or as a home for crustaceans at the bottom of a lake.
