Also, there are some things I have to send that I can't make a label for...It would be rude. My IBM Selectric II is wonderful for this. Sometimes I even use CARBON PAPER!!! And one of those round erasers with a brush attached. AND erasable paper. I found all of this at my parents' house. Cool, eh? Also, my parents are OLD and they will never ever use a computer. And why should I "type" all of their old people junk? Finally, I travel extensively to backwater countries. A lot of time there is no electricity or no internet access. I have a portable Olympia typewriter that I throw in my luggage...just in case. Give me liberty or death, but don't take away my typewriter. I still have a typewriter for filling in forms.
